PHILOSOPHY - WORKING TOGETHERMy philosophy of working with people is based on the premise that each person is unique, with strengths and weaknesses, innately possessing the potential for growth and continuous development. This can be personal, spiritual, professional or any combination of these aspects. When working with individuals or groups, I take particular consideration of the individual context, the individual needs and dynamics of human behaviour and interaction, in order to gain a clear understanding of the issue(s) at stake. To support my work, I draw on different psychological schools of thought, to help my clients gain clarity, see different perspectives, activate resources, accept change and develop further. My approach is based on the following empirically based concepts and theories:
