In an empathic way, but with critical consideration, Ms Heimann as a coach got me to not only review and analyse my situation, but also to take steps based on recognised and newly revealed information. I was able to put suggestions into practice and to integrate new "tools" in best practice behavioural patterns. With her help I became more aware of my roles and realised that, without losing my personality, I needed to play other roles than the friendly, empathetic one in order to avoid certain situations of conflict. I am grateful to her for these effective sessions and intend to be coached by her whenever I feel the need to process ambiguous situations.
